Align Precision is a high-end precision metal shop currently producing extremely high tolerance components used in semi-conductor manufacturing. After over 50 years of manufacturing at their location in Huntingdon Valley, Align is relocating to a state of the art facility in Horsham, PA. MidAtlantic has partnered with Align to deliver their new facility in a phased renovation to an existing 90,000 SF commercial office building. Phase 1 of the project consisted of the 10,000 SF New Product Innovation (NPI) area. The NPI phase was accelerated to smooth the transition during the relocation (Phase 2) to their new facility. The Phase 3 portion will include an 7,000 SF ISO 6 clean room and will be built concurrently with Phase 2. Completion is scheduled for Fall 2025.
