MidAtlantic provides the best value by steering design toward cost-efficient systems while confirming material availabilities to help mitigate uncertain supply chain constraints, ultimately delivering projects on time and within budget. With each project, MidAtlantic strives to:

For clients who prefer the traditional design-bid-build approach, MidAtlantic frequently serves as a general contractor. Filling this role for approximately half of our projects, MidAtlantic has earned a reputation for delivering the highest quality while maintaining safe jobsite environments.

We maintain strong relationships with trade contractors throughout the Delaware Valley Region, allowing us to provide competitive lump sum proposals. Additionally, we utilize our extensive experience to generate detailed schedules and construction logistics plans, allowing us to communicate clearly with our project teams and successfully deliver on our commitments.

MidAtlantic is well versed in all contract arrangements, including the role of construction manager at risk. As a construction manager, MidAtlantic has excelled in the “fast-tracking” of projects to meet financial limitations and occupancy deadlines. We work alongside architects and engineers, helping our clients to successfully navigate the design process. We can provide full cost accounting throughout construction and a clear final cost reconciliation at project close-out. The MidAtlantic policy of “open book” and “open door” management includes:

• Development of bid packages for all elements of construction.
• Bid solicitation from over 500 prequalified trade subcontractors.
• Generation of a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) proposal.
• Full review of accounting procedures, subcontract documents, and contract parameters.
