MidAtlantic was hired to convert areas of an existing 880,000 SF automotive manufacturing facility into a multi-tenant, mixed-use industrial building. We performed many core renovations and improvements to segregate the facility into a multi-tenant areas, upgrading restrooms and providing safe egress paths to comply with township officials and ADA requirements. Project required significant site improvements, roadways, foundation underpinning, and structural facade modifications to add loading docks areas within the warehouse areas of the building.

MidAtlantic also construct multiple warehouse and office space improvements for new tenants, including:
Vygon: 57,000 SF mixed-use space comprised of 50,000 SF of warehouse and 7,000 SF of office improvements. Metso Automation: 50,000 SF mixed-use space comprised of 25,500SF of testing & warehouse space and 24,500 SF of office improvements.
