From Blueprints to Reality

MidAtlantic constructed a comprehensive core and shell renovation of a 90,000 SF commercial office building in Blue Bell, PA, transforming it into a modern and energy-efficient facility. The project included a full exterior façade replacement designed to meet current energy codes, featuring updated window systems, curtain wall entry elements on two elevations, and an insulated exterior wall envelope.

A new lobby was constructed to connect the two main entrances, creating a bright, open, and inviting space that enhances the tenant experience and serves as a functional common area. This renovation reflects MidAtlantic’s commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable office spaces that align with the needs of today’s tenants.
