The Main Line Endoscopy Center West is a 14,000 SF, state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center located within the Uptown Worthington Center in Malvern, PA. Designed and constructed to meet Department of Health (DOH) standards, the facility features five modern procedure rooms, 18 pre-op/PACU rooms, and a comprehensive array of ancillary support spaces. These include areas for physician dictation, endoscopy scope reprocessing, nursing, EVS, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The project involved the transformation of a vacant core/shell building into a fully equipped medical facility. Key highlights include significant rooftop HVAC installations to support the center’s specialized needs and the integration of a natural gas-fueled electrical backup generator for uninterrupted operations. Completed with meticulous attention to DOH construction standards, the center offers a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
