From ground-up office buildings and comprehensive renovations of existing structures to the construction of ambulatory surgery centers, MidAtlantic has been integral in planning, designing, and executing BMMSA’s new facilities. BMMSA Medical Office construction at BMMAP
Bryn Mawr, PA. MidAtlantic served as the Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Associates’ Construction Manager overseeing the design, construction, and move-in/occupancy of their new 66,000 square foot medical office suite within the newly constructed Bryn Mawr Medical Arts Pavilion. The practice is comprised of 13 different medical specialty practices, each of which occupied their own office suite within the overall leased premises. The improvements included an ASC (ambulatory surgical center) center for the Endoscopy practice. The project included offices for the following specialty practices: Endoscopy ASC, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Bryn Mawr Personal Healthcare, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary, Hematology / Oncology, Neurology, Neuro Ophthalmology, Dermatology, and Rheumatology.

Bryn Mawr, PA. New three story, 19,500 SF medical office building with complete site and offsite improvements. Completed 2021.
BMMSA Heart and Vascular Center of the Main Line
Bryn Mawr, PA. New state of the art Vascular ASC on the first floor of 955 Haverford Road. Completed January 2022.
BMMSA Medical Office Renovation (Palmer Chapel):
Wynnewood, PA. $3.1 million renovation of a two-story historic chapel into medical office space for Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Associates. Completed August 2016.
BMMSA 4th Floor Renovation Multi-Practice
Bryn Mawr, PA. $3.1 million, 3,141 SF expansion Pet Scan rooms and medical office renovations for BMMSA Cardiology on the fourth floor. Completed February 2024.
