Ignite Your Vascular Strength

The BMMSA Heart & Vascular Center of the Main Line is a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located in 5,421 SF on the first floor of an existing three-story medical office building. The scope of work included extensive upgrades and modifications to the building's infrastructure. Key improvements featured a specialized surgical HVAC system, upgraded electrical systems, the installation of a new emergency generator, enhanced plumbing infrastructure, and adjustments to the existing sprinkler system to meet the center's needs. Despite the significant renovations, the building remained occupied throughout construction with minimal disruption to the existing medical practices.
