Since 2013, MidAtlantic has been a trusted partner for BMMSA, successfully completing over 25 projects throughout the Main Line to support the growth of the medical practice. As BMMSA has expanded over the past decade, MidAtlantic has worked closely with their executive team to address evolving facility needs, offering tailored solutions for both large and small-scale projects. From ground-up office buildings and comprehensive renovations of existing structures to the construction of ambulatory surgery centers, MidAtlantic has been integral in planning, designing, and executing BMMSA’s new facilities. With expertise in both real estate and construction, MidAtlantic has consistently delivered high-quality, functional spaces to accommodate the growing demands of the practice.

BMMSA Medical Offices at Bryn Mawr Medical Arts Pavilion
MidAtlantic proudly served as BMMSA’s Construction Manager for the design, construction, and seamless transition into their new 66,000 SF medical office suite within the newly developed Bryn Mawr Medical Arts Pavilion. This expansive project brought together 13 distinct medical specialty practices, each with its own dedicated office suite, under one cohesive and functional space. Key highlights included the development of a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) for the Endoscopy practice, alongside fully customized suites for specialties such as Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Bryn Mawr Personal Healthcare, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary, Hematology/Oncology, Neurology, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Dermatology, and Rheumatology. MidAtlantic’s involvement ensured that every detail of the construction and design process was meticulously managed, delivering a space that reflects the excellence and expertise of BMMSA’s medical practices.

BMMSA Heart and Vascular Center of the Main Line
Bryn Mawr, PA. New state of the art Vascular ASC on the first floor of 955 Haverford Road. Completed January 2022.
BMMSA Medical Office Renovation (Palmer Chapel)
Wynnewood, PA. $3.1 million renovation of a two-story historic chapel into medical office space. Completed August 2016.
BMMSA 4th Floor Renovation Multi-Practice
Bryn Mawr, PA. $3.1 million, 3,141 SF expansion Pet Scan rooms and Medical Office renovations for BMMSA Cardiology on the fourth floor. Completed February 2024.
