Full facility renovation project at Burlington CDJR. The project was completed in phases to minimize disruptions to the ongoing daily operations of the dealership. Phase 1 consisted of complete removal and reconstruction of the exterior façade along with site improvements to meet new Stellantic CDJR design standards. Exterior work also included an enhanced display area to showcase vehicles in front of the showroom. Phases 2, 3 and 4 provided for complete interior renovations of the dealership, including new showroom with customer vehicle delivery, private finance offices, open sales areas, customer vehicle service drop off with new service writers’ area, along with new Toilet Rooms. All renovations adhered to the franchise design requirements. Burlington CDJR also upgraded the electrical service to provide several new EV charging stations to support their ever growing inventory of electric vehicles.
Full facility renovation project at Burlington Hyundai. This remarkable makeover included both interior and exterior upgrades that enhanced the aesthetics for the dealership. The project featured removal and reconstruction of the exterior façade including a new frameless curtainwall assemblies and ACM panels systems compliant with Hyundai Motor America corporate identity. This transformation project included a complete Showroom renovation, and additions for a New Vehicle Delivery, Service Drive, Quick Lube and EV battery storage. Upgraded electrical service was required to provide power to several new EV charging stations to support their ever-growing inventory of electric vehicles.
The existing service department remained open allowing the Burlington Hyundai ownership group to service their customizers simultaneously while the Showroom renovations and constructing additions to the New Vehicle Delivery, Service Drive, Quick Lube and EV battery storage were under construction. Service Shop was completely renovated with new service equipment including vehicle alignment tubs. Other renovation included a revamped Parts Storage department and Techs toilet facilities.
