MidAtlantic transformed the 50,000 SF former public elementary school into a modern private K–8 institution. The comprehensive conversion included installing new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems to support the new cafeteria, library, administrative offices, lab classroom, Beit Midrash worship space, and an expanded entry lobby. Existing spaces —the gymnasium, corridors, and classrooms—were rejuvenated to enhance the overall learning environment. By working closely with school administration and implementing a strategic six-phase schedule, MidAtlantic kept the school fully operational throughout the multi-year construction, ensuring minimal disruption to students and staff.
