A Legacy of Excellence, a Future of Promise

The project involved a complete 50,000-square-foot transformation of a former public elementary school into a private K-8 institution. This full conversion encompassed new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems to support modern facilities, including a new cafeteria, library, administrative offices, lab classroom, Beit Midrash worship space, and an entry lobby addition. In addition to creating these new spaces, the gym, corridors, and classrooms were rejuvenated to enhance the learning environment. MidAtlantic coordinated closely with school community stakeholders, implementing a strategic six-phase schedule that kept the school fully operational throughout the multi-year construction, ensuring minimal disruption to students and staff.
