Renovated the existing Faulkner Hyundai Dealership on the Boulevard to the new Hyundai design standards. The occupied, multi-phased renovation was performed around the ongoing sales and service operations.  The showroom was completed in three phases (south side, north side and back of house) and the service writers & drop off renovation was performed in 3 phases.

This project includes interior and exterior phased renovations to two existing buildings for the Faulkner Hyundai dealership.  This is a union project.

The project included the renovation and connection of two existing dealerships along with a 34,000 SF service building addition.  The dealership remained operation throughout the course of the project with careful attention paid to customer safety, sightlines, and an operational service facility.  The dealership was built to HGI standards as required by Toyota and included all new finishes, structural work, and MEP systems.

This renovation project included the transformation of an existing Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep dealership into a new corporate branded and compliant Nissan Dealership for the Faulkner Auto Group. The key element to the project was the site improvement package which included the complete reconstruction of an existing sloped site with over twenty thousand yards of excavation, underground storm water detention basins, site lighting, and paving. The all-new exterior façade is clad in ACM panels and includes curtainwall and storefront elements. The interior of the dealership was improved aesthetically and functionally to comply with corporate standards and to maximize sight lines and customer service.

Selective sitework as well as renovations of the interior and exterior of the existing Faulkner Volvo building located in Trevose, PA. The complete project will be a total of 3,085 SF (2,855 SF existing showroom + 290 SF canopy to be enclosed). Restoration of the exterior cladding on the Volvo Service building will also be performed.

This existing site of the Faulkner Hyundai  was utilized for the new home of a 7,500 sf Faulkner Hyundai dealership. The schedule was a fast tract construction project that was completed May 2013. The new exterior skin of the building complies with the corporate-branding requirements and ACM clad exterior.   The floor plan consists of a private General Managers Office, Sales offices, Finance offices, Internet area and a spacious Multi-media Conference Center. A complete interior finish package was included to comply with Hyundai standards New HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems were included installed to the current codes.
