Expanding the Dining Options in Montgomery County

New ground up shell building for an 8,378 SF Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Restaurant located in the Gwynedd Crossing Shopping Center in North Wales, PA. Project required utility upgrades to the existing site infrastructure and a new steel framed structure with an earth-toned façade of brick, faux wood panels, and hardie siding. MidAtlantic, on behalf of Firebirds’ national kitchen vendor, met with local officials and organized the final permits and inspections clearing the way for final occupancy.
