MidAtlantic completed the construction of a 120,000 SF retail shopping center in Horsham, delivering a modern and versatile facility designed to attract diverse tenants. The building shells were constructed on pads prepared by the client’s site contractor, with architectural elevations featuring a dynamic mix of materials for a contemporary aesthetic. These included Omega Ply panels, Metaphor metal panels, structural steel accents, EIFS, block, brick, cast stone, aluminum storefronts, and integrated lighting.
The shopping center houses a range of retail spaces, including a 65,000 SF Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us superstore, a 20,000 SF grocery store, and 35,000 SF allocated to various mixed retail tenants. The project also included multiple tenant improvements, creating customized spaces to meet the needs of each business. By combining high-quality materials, thoughtful design, and versatile layouts, this retail center provides a vibrant shopping destination for the Horsham community.
