The Manufacturer Pool Deck Expansion project showcases a stunning new addition that elevates the poolside experience with breathtaking views of the golf course. This 3,220 SF deck expansion features a state-of-the-art pool house complete with a café, kitchen, lifeguard house, pool entry building, and men's and women's locker rooms.

A highlight of the project is the roof deck café, crowned by an open-air bar and dining area beneath a beautifully crafted wooden gazebo adorned with ornamental light fixtures. The bar and café area is finished with a luxurious Ipe wood pedestal flooring system imported from South America, offering a warm and inviting outdoor ambiance. Designed to blend seamlessly with its surroundings, the structure incorporates stone veneer, stucco wall finishes, and black metal railings, ensuring a cohesive and elegant aesthetic. This expansion enhances functionality and elevates the poolside atmosphere, making it a standout destination for relaxation and social gatherings.
