50's Style Diner and Soda Fountain

New ground up building for a cozy, family-oriented, local sports teams’ theme, throwback 50’s style restaurant situated in Warminster, PA. The new establishment is a 3,000-sf slab on grade, steel, metal framed and sheathing, and EIFS structure. The structure features franchise signature RED awnings, black and white checkerboard ceramic tile on interior walls and checkerboard wainscot on the exterior along with bold neon signage inside and outside. After developing the site and building this establishment, MidAtlantic Construction continued fit-out coordination efforts with the owner’s commercial kitchen designer and specialty equipment vendors. A franchise that’s known for its food and milkshakes also features the World’s Largest Soda Fountain. Patrons can enjoy unique interior dining or outdoor atmosphere on the concrete patios.
