Refreshed Façade

MidAtlantic transformed the dated exterior of an existing shopping center in Montgomeryville, PA, into a sleek, modern retail destination. This comprehensive facade renovation introduced a fresh aesthetic, featuring aluminum and glass storefronts accented by ACM metal panels above each tenant space. The design was further enhanced with vertical brick towers and corrugated metal panels, adding depth and visual interest to the structure.

The renovation required significant structural modifications to accommodate varying tower heights and adjusted entryways along the front facade. Despite the complexity of the upgrades, existing tenant occupancy was maintained throughout the project, ensuring minimal disruption to businesses and their customers. This project highlights MidAtlantic’s expertise in modernizing existing retail spaces while prioritizing safety, functionality, and tenant operations.
