Complete façade and shell renovation for existing 2-story retail, 175,000 SF building for Target and future tenants. The renovation includes updating all of the existing mechanical equipment, sprinkler equipment, and the electrical equipment, renovation of the loading dock providing a 2nd floor main entrance, and adding two (2) escalators, a passenger elevator, and a freight elevator to the 2nd floor tenant suite.
