MidAtlantic has completed seven medical office fit-outs at multiple locations for Rothman Orthopaedic. The projects include multiple exam rooms located in treatment pod environment to expedite patient care and efficiencies. The suites also included rehabilitation clinics, x-ray rooms, procedure rooms, support areas and physicians’ offices. Each facility included various levels of custom built in millwork, and accommodations for administrative support, I.T. support and medical staff stations, all using the same materials and finishes to achieve a branding element across all Rothman locations. Most spaces were constructed in new tenant shell environments and ranged from 12,000 – 26,000 SF. The Willow Grove suite was renovated while Rothman continued to occupy and use the facility daily. The renovation, completed over a 12 month period, required significant planning and a phased approach as the construction was planned around the daily operations of the facility. Four distinct phases were necessary to accommodate Rothman’s operational needs while allowing for a logical flow of the work.
