Revitalizing 100,000 SF of New Retail Space

Complete site redevelopment of the Spring House Village Shopping Center located on a 17.8 acre site in Spring House, PA. Project includes six new retail buildings totaling over 100,000 SF, including a new 55,000 SF Whole Foods and a 15,000 SF CVS Pharmacy. The redevelopment included significant sitework: replacing all existing utilities servicing the center, significant offsite roadway and signalization work, and grading changes for the new center which required a 50,000 CY import of structural fill material to the site.
