Construction of a new Starbucks as part of the Spring House Village Shopping Center redevelopment. The structure was part of a larger retail building elevated over the busy intersection of Bethlehem Pike and Sumneytown Pike. Project included the requisite drive-thru systems.

Conversion of an existing 3,900 SF bank branch into a dual tenant retail building for Starbucks and a future tenant. Renovation included new exterior facade elements, new design-build HVAC systems, design-build electrical upgrades, and site improvements, including conversion of the existing drive-thru to comply with Starbucks’ requirements.

Complete site development and building shell for a new 2,100 SF Starbucks. The wood framed building included extensive concrete retaining walls, steps and railing systems to fit the building within the existing contours and site limitations. Project included a drive-thru to comply with Starbucks’ requirements.
