This project features a 13,500-square-foot Hyundai dealership constructed on a completely redeveloped one-acre site along Easton Road. Designed to optimize functionality and aesthetics, the dealership includes a modern showroom and below grade service area. To maximize space and efficiency in the service area, the showroom floor incorporates hollow-core, precast/pre-stressed planking, eliminating the need for intrusive columns. The exterior showcases a sleek combination of ACM panels, curtain wall glazing, and EIFS accents, reflecting Hyundai’s corporate identity.  Inside, the dealership features a three-stop elevator and utilizes the corporate-branded finishes. This project underscores our commitment to delivering innovative and high-quality automotive facilities tailored to the client’s needs.
