In 2011, MidAtlantic served as the construction manager for the initial 18,600-square-foot high-end law firm suite for Wisler Pearlstine, delivering the project in an impressive 90 days following a 30-day preconstruction phase. The centerpiece of the project is a striking ornamental interconnecting stairwell in the main lobby, featuring glass and stainless-steel handrails, rich wood wall paneling with integrated glass smoke baffles, and a concealed coat closet seamlessly built into the paneling. The suite’s design also includes sophisticated meeting rooms, functional administrative workstations, and upgraded lighting throughout, creating an elegant and professional environment.
Since completing the initial construction in 2011, MidAtlantic has been entrusted with multiple expansions and renovations for Wisler Pearlstine, demonstrating a long-standing partnership.
