Ed brings over 30 years of expertise in construction management and estimating, with the last 25 years dedicated to MidAtlantic. His extensive background spans healthcare, commercial, restaurant, and retail projects, with a particular focus on high-end finishes, including millwork, medical systems, energy management, and specialty lighting. In recent years, Ed has concentrated on the healthcare sector, overseeing the development and construction of numerous surgical centers and medical office buildings. He takes a collaborative approach to every project, fostering teamwork among owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure expectations are met.
Renowned for his problem-solving skills, Ed adeptly resolves construction challenges while providing reassurance to clients during high-pressure projects. Superintendents consistently turn to Ed as their first point of contact for construction advice, a testament to his deep knowledge and steady leadership.
Ed has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University and has been with MidAtlantic since 1999.
