Experienced, calculated approach to project valuation with a focus in conceptual design/pricing analysis, value engineering, design to budget GMP directives, strategic schedule management, and competitive bid workflow using historical price equivalents, real-time marketplace pricing, wild guesses, and completely made up #’s. Greg has 25 years of experience in the civil engineering/construction disciplines and 17 years with MidAtlantic. He oversees the MidAtlantic estimating team, provides executive leadership/oversight on specific projects, and gives valuation review for current project cost control. Greg has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and has an EIT Certification.  He lives in Wayne, Pennsylvania with his wife, two boys, Finn (Age 9) and Corson (Age 5), and a chocolate Labrador named Lief (Age:  lunatic)

What is something/hobby that you have spent waaaaay too much time on:

The beach cart I’ve developed is a masterclass in convenience evolution, painstakingly modified with over 200 (probably) hours of (mostly) precise engineering/research/development and is unmatched in the retail market.

Do you have a persona that you identify with while playing golf?

Yes, I take the name “Cobra Diablo”.

Have you ever wasted lots of time and money for your children’s enjoyment even though it made your wife angry?

Yes, I modified my son’s power wheels to go 15 mph instead of 5 mph so he can drift it, do donuts, and now has launch control.
