Mid Atlantic Construction Team Headshot Kevin Kile

Kevin Kile

Superintendent

Background & Role

Kevin Kyle has more than 25 years of experience as a construction superintendent on projects that range in scope from retail and office fit-outs to ground-up surgical and healthcare facilities.  With a forward-looking approach to leadership, Kevin anticipates and plans far in advance while utilizing strong organizational and time management skills to ensure no detail is overlooked in the present.  Kevin has a passion for construction that is both genuine and infectious.

Kevin has a natural ability to connect with people and doesn’t hesitate to go the extra mile for the tradesmen, clients, and office personnel.  On site, he leads by example and has excellent listening and communication skills. Kevin coordinates daily milestones with the trades while keeping a long-term ‘outlook’ schedule updated for the Management Team to keep resources and manpower scheduled well in advance.  Keeping everyone coordinated and on task enables the schedule to be maintained, costs saved, and client expectations to be realized or exceeded.

Kevin also holds certificates for Heart Saver, CPR, AED & first Aid, and has completed 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health Training course.
