Background & Role

Mike brings 24 years of industry experience in supervising, managing, constructing and direction of commercial, residential, restaurant and retail assets.  Mike provides excellent customer service to both clients and tenants through quality work and successful/timely completion of all projects. He possesses strong leadership ability and coaching skills necessary to ensure the respect and harmony of the construction team, resulting in an efficient and effective construction process. Mike has a keen understanding of construction contracts and a full comprehension/interpretation of Architectural, Civil and Engineering drawings. Mike works closely with the project manager, jointly maintaining project control and coordination throughout the construction phase.

Michael was born in Brooklyn, NY, the same city where his mother and father grew up. Moved to York, Pa. at a young age, the home of York Barbells and York Peppermint Patties.

If asked what famous person I would sit down :

Robert E. Lee.  I have read many nonfictional books on the Civil War, especially involving the conflict surrounding Gettysburg, since I grew up 30 miles from there.  I’d want to know Lee’s thoughts throughout the campaign and understand the moves he made.

What is my favorite 90’s TV show?

I would say Sponge Bob Square Pants since it holds so many good memories watching it with my sons, laughing and singing that silly opening song. Miss those days.

What do you do when you are not at work?

I enjoy fishing, motorcycles and woodworking.
