Phil Guidi Jr.

Project Manager

Background & Role

Phil joined MidAtlantic in 2010 and has since led a variety of renovation and new construction projects to successful completion, including restaurants, schools, retail work, automotive projects, medical facilities, and high-end office fit-outs.  Having graduated from Lehigh University with degrees in English and Business, Phil brings an ability to think creatively in both preventing and solving problems on his projects.  In his spare time, Phil is dedicated to a long-time hobby of playing the drumset, through which he strives to find common ground between his personal life and his career in commercial construction by way of things that make a lot of noise.

Favorite band of all time?

If I had to pick just one, it would probably be Morphine – a 90s trio out of Boston that performed with only a bassist/vocalist, drummer, and a baritone sax player. If I didn’t have to pick just one, I would probably add The Wood Brothers, who might just be the most effortlessly amazing live band I’ve ever seen.

Favorite TV show of all time?

Severance. Well, the first season, at least. At the time I write this the second season has not been released yet; the first ended with a very ambitious cliff-hanger and I’m hoping they don’t ruin it!

Do you have any unusual skills or talents?

I’m ambidextrous with a computer mouse …but not with anything else, just with a computer mouse.
