Background & Role

Richard is an experienced Project Superintendent with a demonstrated history of using his skillset – project estimation, critical thinking, problem solving, leadership, and project planning – to successfully deliver projects. Richard is a strong operations professional with an Associate’s Degree focused in Construction Technology from Williamson College of the Trades.

To Richard, this is not an office job! He doesn’t work in a cubical, which means 9-5 isn’t in the cards – it would be rare if he wasn’t up at 4am, and onsite by 6am.  Richard prides himself as always being the first to show up and the last one to leave his jobsites.

Richard enjoys working with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to optimize the final product and exceeding his clients’ high quality of expectations.

Where did you grow up?

I was born, raised, and educated in the Swarthmore section of Ridley Township, Delaware County. Yes, I am Delco!

What is your dream car?

Rolls – Royce Boat Tail [More realistically  – 2025 Ram TRX Hell Cat Super truck]

Who’s one person from The Office you’d like to go on a walk through with… in London?

I would have to pick Dwight Schrute

If you could only eat one breakfast food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Bacon…

Favorite pizza topping?

While I enjoy a good meat lovers pizza, my go-to pizza is extra cheese, well done with just a little bit of sauce.

Favorite sports team?

I am a diehard Philadelphia sports fan. I enjoy watching and talking about all sports. If I had to pick a favorite it would have to be the Eagles… Go Birds!

Also, an avid fan of Mix Martial Arts competition.

What’s the largest trophy or significant award you’ve ever won?

When I graduated from Williamson in 2005, I was awarded “The Williamson Man of The Year Award.”

I was honored at the time, but, looking back and realizing what the faculty saw in me, it means
so much more now. Faith, Integrity, Diligence, Excellence, and Service. I truly value my time at Williamson.

Thing you like most about commercial construction?

Coming from residential work – Commercial work is BIGGER, FASTER, AND SAFER!!!

Do you believe in Aliens/UFO’s?

Yes. Otherwise who would have built the pyramids?
