From Blueprints to Reality

Complete core and shell renovation of an existing 90,000 SF commercial office building in Blue Bell, PA. Project required replacing the exterior façade with new window systems, curtain wall entry elements on two elevations, and insulated exterior wall envelope to meet current energy code. New lobby was built connecting the two entrances, creating an open and inviting open space utilized by the building’s tenants.
