The ACTS Dining Room Renovation Project at their flagship facility, Normandy Farms, was an occupied, phased renovation to the central common living area. The project scope included the complete interior remodel of the existing dining rooms, lobby, and administrative offices. An addition was added to the dining facilities to connect the common core areas to the medical wings. All new HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and electrical systems were required to facilitate the renovation. The project work was completed in an occupied capacity with a focus on resident safety, limited disruption, and expedited phase completion.
The ACTS Café and Kitchen Renovation Project consisted of the complete renovation to the Café and adjacent kitchen at their flagship facility, Normandy Farms.
