The BMMSA Heart & Vascular Center of the Main Line is a new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located at 955 Haverford Road in Bryn Mawr, PA.  This project was a first floor fit-out of an existing Type II, fully sprinklered three-story medical office building.  The existing systems serving the renovation area were fully modified and modernized including new HVAC, upgraded electrical system, new emergency generator, new plumbing infrastructure, and modified sprinkler system.  The overall footprint of the building is 16,821 SF and the BMMSA ASC occupies 5,421 SF within the building.  The overall building area and occupancy classification remain unchanged.
