MidAtlantic served as the Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Associates’ Construction Manager overseeing the design, construction, and move-in/occupancy of their new 66,000 square foot medical office suite within the newly constructed Bryn Mawr Medical Arts Pavilion. The practice is comprised of 13 different medical specialty practices, each of which occupied their own office suite within the overall leased premises.   The improvements included an ASC (ambulatory surgical center) center for the Endoscopy practice.  The project included offices for the following specialty practices:
