Full facility renovation project at Burlington CDJR. The project was completed in phases to minimize disruptions to the ongoing daily operations of the dealership.

Phase 1 consisted of complete removal and reconstruction of the exterior façade along with site improvements to meet new Stellantic CDJR design standards. Exterior work also included an enhanced display area to showcase vehicles in front of the showroom. Phases 2, 3 and 4 provided for complete interior renovations of the dealership, including new showroom with customer vehicle delivery, private finance offices, open sales areas, customer vehicle service drop off with new service writers’ area, along with new Toilet Rooms.  All renovations adhered to the franchise design requirements. Burlington CDJR also upgraded the electrical service to provide several new EV charging stations to support their ever growing inventory of electric vehicles.
