Renovation of existing Ford dealership and expanded showroom to achieve new franchise design requirements. New exterior skin was provided around the entire facility, including the new Ford curved entry façade ACM element. Project was completed in phases to allow the dealership to continue full operations

This existing structure of the Chapman Bodyshop was utilized for the renovation of the new Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. The new exterior skin of the building complies with the corporate-branding requirements and includes two ACM clad arches. The existing exterior walls were removed to allow for new aluminum storefront systems adjacent to the dealership portion of the structure. A new steel mezzanine was erected within the building to accommodate new offices and HVAC equipment. A complete interior finish package was included to comply with Chrysler standards and new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems were included to bring the existing building up to current codes.
