MidAtlantic Construction completed the sitework improvements for a new CVS Pharmacy store at the corner of Route 70 & Springdale Road in Cherry Hill, NJ.  There were three  existing building onsite that needed to be completely demolished along with their asphalt parking lots. Several trees and a couple utility poles were also removed. The site was cleared, grubbed, and graded to provide a certified building pad to CVS. A new storm water drainage/management system was installed to dispose of surface water and roof water. Municipal Sanitary Sewer, Domestic Water & Fire Water, Gas, Electric, and Telephone services were brought to the building. New light poles and heads were installed to provide site lighting. A new 6’ high vinyl fence was installed along the East-side property line to provide privacy from the adjacent neighbor. New concrete curbs and sidewalks were installed as well as new asphalt pavement. An irrigation system was also installed and new landscaping was planted.
