Extensive renovations and additions to existing buildings to accommodate the new restaurants.  The lighting systems in the dining room and bar areas interplay with the dark finishes and light stained woodwork to provide a warm, sophisticated appearance.  Both renovations included state of the art kitchens complete with entirely new mechanical and electrical systems.
