Construction and site improvements for a 7,500 SF community clubhouse, including a complete pool and pool deck area, tennis court, putting green, two story great room, fitness room, locker rooms, sauna, billiard room, business center and other community activity rooms. The facility will incorporate many elegant finishes to create a warm, “Hampton’s” style atmosphere within the clubhouse.
