This project includes seven (7) new apartment buildings totaling approximately 70,272 SF on Fairfield Road in Plymouth Township, PA for Tornetta Properties. This is an expansion to the existing Plymouthtowne Apartment Complex. The 2-story apartment buildings are approximately 10,000 SF +/- each. There are 5 apartment units per floor in each building for a total of 70 new apartments in the expansion.
