6,320 SF restaurant shell and fit-for a up-scale regional chain restaurant in The Promenade development in Upper Dublin, Pa.  MidAtlantic was awarded the out of the ground building shell by the developer and retained by the restauranteur to complete the interior construction.  The restaurant features interior bar and dining spaces, a modern-industrial design aesthetic including and a custom stamped concrete floor finish throughout the interior and exterior dining rooms.  MidAtlantic worked with all stake holders to deliver the project which is planned to be the new prototype for future Redstone Restaurants elsewhere in the country.
