Conversion of an existing 3,900 SF bank branch into a dual tenant retail building for Starbucks and a future tenant. Renovation included new exterior facade elements, new design build HVAC systems, design build electrical upgrades, and site improvements, including conversion of the existing drive thru to comply with Starbucks’ requirements.
