50,000 SF full conversion of a former public elementary school into a private K-8 grade school.  The project included new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler infrastructure; as well as creation of new cafeteria, library, offices, lab classroom, Beit Midrash worship space and new entry structure/lobby addition.  The gym, corridors and classrooms were also revitalized during the renovation.  MidAtlantic worked closely with all of the school community stakeholders to schedule and perform the full renovations in a 6 phase schedule that allowed the school to stay fully open and operational throughout construction of the multi-year project.
