Tom has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years and joined MidAtlantic in 2019. He works closely with our clients to guide them through the construction process from feasibility study, conceptual estimates, value engineering, and schedule analysis, ultimately leading to final contract values and construction agreements. Tom monitors the cost control process and is involved during the construction duration for specific projects. Along with his experience as a project executive, he has extensive experience as a field superintendent, skilled carpenter, estimator, and project manager.
Outside of the office Tom enjoys working on DIY projects around the house, fishing with the kids, and looking for his golf ball.
